Incubation

The Innovation cum Incubation Centre plays a crucial role in formulating the innovation strategy and developing roadmaps/action plans for the college. The following is a proposed list of activities that the Centre is expected to carry out:

  • Technology transfer.
  • Entrepreneurship promotion.
  • Igniting Youth Innovation.
  • Collaboration with industry, other Universities, regional and national stakeholders.
  • Innovation in curriculum.
Goal

Through this process and by closing the demand-supply disparities, the IC will enhance the utilization of knowledge, fostering the emergence of:

  • Innovations stemming from Research and Development (R&D).
  • Innovations in business models, products, services, and delivery methods.
  • Inclusive solutions for local, regional, national, and global needs.
  • Innovations in educational curriculum.

Technology transfer, or transfer of technology (TOT), refers to the dissemination of technology from its original sources and exclusive circles to a broader distribution across diverse locations and communities.
